Tom has over two decades of engineering experience. He served as CTO / VP of Engineering at Hearo Technologies (2018–2026), a Springfield, Missouri healthcare-tech company that builds remote-support tools for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Before Hearo: HealthMedx, The Alchemedia Project, and the United States Marine Corps. B.S. in Computer Science from Missouri State University. Founding member of Springfield Devs; co-host of the Middle Outcast podcast. Today Tom runs Squatch.CC LLC — resonance-based software and fractional-CxO engagements.
