# Legal — Squatch.CC (interim)

The full Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy are being written. Rather than ship a copy-pasted template, this page describes what is actually true today.

## Privacy posture (today)

- This site does not run analytics, ad-tech, or session-replay cookies.
- If you start a retainer checkout, your name / email / company go to Squatch.CC and to [Stripe](https://stripe.com/privacy) for payment processing. Card data is held only by Stripe.
- If you email us, your email is stored in our inbox (Microsoft 365). We don't add you to any list.
- Discord conversations are handled by [Discord](https://discord.com/privacy) under their privacy policy.

## Terms of service (today)

- Site content is provided as-is. No warranty.
- Retainers are governed by a separate signed Master Fractional-CxO Agreement and per-engagement Schedule A. The first month's retainer is fully refundable until Schedule A is signed.
- Fund contributions are voluntary and non-deliverable.
- Don't misuse the site or our systems. Don't scrape destructively. Don't send PHI through public channels.

## Cookies (today)

- No cookies are set by this site itself.
- Stripe sets cookies on the checkout flow that are *strictly necessary* for payment to function (fraud detection).
- Discord and third-party embeds set their own cookies under their own policies.
